Cambridge-certified in AI and HCI, my work sits at the intersection of agentic systems, human control, and business impact.
I am currently Head of Design at OrbitronAI, building trusted AI agents for regulated industries across energy, aviation, government, and supply chain. Before that I drove digital transformation at Marks and Spencer serving 32M+ customers, and helped two funded startups raise $14.5M+ as their founding designer.
I do not just design interfaces. I design the trust layer between humans and the AI systems they depend on — whether that means a compliance officer auditing an autonomous decision, an operator overriding an agent mid-workflow, or a customer navigating a loyalty experience used by 10 million people.
